SYNEX TECH GmbH: Nicht von SYN TRAC Insolvenz betroffen

Die in Bad Goisern ansässige Firma SYNEX TECH GmbH ist nicht vom Insolvenzverfahren der SYN TRAC GmbH betroffen.

Beide Firmen haben ihren Firmensitz in Bad Goisern, jedoch ist die SYN TRAC GmbH wirtschaftlich, rechtlich und organisatorisch nicht mit dem Sondermaschinenbauer SYNEX TECH GmbH verbunden.

Anfang dieser Woche stellte die SYN TRAC GmbH einen Insolvenzantrag beim Landesgericht Wels. Gründe dafür liegen in den Nachwirkungen der Corona-Pandemie, sowie in den wirtschaftlichen Verwerfungen durch den Ukrainekrieg. Angestrebt wird ein Sanierungsverfahren zur Gesundung und Fortführung des Unternehmens. Seither treffen vermehrt Anfragen von Kunden und Lieferanten ein, ob die SYNEX TECH GmbH auch von dieser Insolvenz betroffen sei. Das ist ganz klar nicht der Fall. Daher erlaubt sich die Geschäftsführung der SYNEX TECH GmbH, die Sachlage unmissverständlich darzustellen: „Die Insolvenz der SYN TRAC GmbH hat keinerlei Auswirkungen auf die SYNEX TECH GmbH, da die beiden Firmen keine wirtschaftliche, rechtliche und organisatorische Verbindung haben. Sie agieren völlig unabhängig voneinander“, so Stefan Putz und Wilfried Winterauer, die CEOs der SYNEX TECH GmbH. Die Gründungsidsee vom SYN TRAC entstand innerhalb der SYNEX TECH GmbH. Die Entwicklung wurde jedoch relativ rasch in eine eigenständige GmbH übertragen und dort fortgeführt. Vor mehr als einem Jahr gab Stefan Putz alle seine Anteile der SYN TRAC GmbH zurück an die Investoren und schied vollständig aus dem Unternehmen aus. Seither widmet er sich wieder ganz der SYNEX TECH GmbH.

SYNEX TECH GmbH wins the ACR Innovation Award

With the invention of the world's first drill extinguishing device DRILL-X, SYNEX TECH GmbH from Bad Goisern succeeded in winning the coveted ACR Innovation Award. DRILL-X is the world's first combined drill extinguishing device. It enables fire departments to extinguish fires that are difficult to access within seconds, without having to enter the source of the fire. This revolution in extinguishing technology was awarded the Innovation Prize of the research network ACR - Austrian Cooperative Research. The Innovation Award was presented by Federal Minister Martin Kocher, WKO Vice President Amelie Groß and ACR President Iris Filzwieser to SYNEX TECH GmbH and to IBS - Insitut für Brandschutztechnik und Sicherheitsforschung Ges.m.b.H .on October 19, 2022.

We would like to thank all our business partners for the good cooperation and, of course, especially our employees for their dedication and great commitment from the bottom of our hearts.

Automatic test laboratory for wood-based materials industry

The system, consisting of automatic transverse tensile testing and surface soundness test, automatic raw density profile measurement with the GreCon DAX 6000 and automatic moisture measurement with the microwave moisture analyser GreCon MM 6000, allows permanent process monitoring and thus a timely detection of faults. Reduced waste and costs achieved by a high repeating accuracy in the testing process, reduced tolerance limits and resulting savings of glue and personnel costs lead to a short pay-off time. The system developed by SYNEX TECH is distributed worldwide by Fagus-GreCon.
